| This home was dressed more perfectly than most before I even got there. Still there is always something my eye spots to make an improvement in any property I list for sale. This home has more hand crafted woodwork than you could imagine. As beautiful as it was, it wasn’t at its best. | |

| Some places the woodwork basked in the afternoon sun. So I had the woodwork cleaned and lightly oiled. That made it look much better, more like it might have when new. The pictures don’t do it justice. | |
| There were also some hard to reach outside windows that received a fresh coat of paint and the front steps too and oh yah, all the bulbs that required death defying feats of acrobatics to change. Results: Another successful sale | |

| This home had been a rental for years and needed our staging. With the owners permission we did the following: The exterior woodwork received repainting in places and then we added a second color to the lower half of the house to add interest and depth.The landscaping appeared overgrown and harsh so we had some bushes trimmed, and some removed. Then we added fresh bark and a flowerbed. | ||||

| Inside, the home was thoroughly cleaned. Extra attention was given to the hardwood flooring and wood paneling so they shined. The home had some great views so we had the windows meticulously cleaned inside and out to exploit the views. The staging was completed with some light, tasteful furnishings, plants and window treatments. | ||||
