We offer professional staging services to our clients. We go beyond the cookie cutter furniture staging everyone else does, in fact, we personalize it to the needs of each home and if necessary, can arrange exterior painting and landscaping as seen below.

We had our preferred landscapers clean up the weeds, lay fresh bark, plant some flowering shrubs and prune the tree. Then we had our preferred painters repaint the front of the home and finished with some decorative shutters. We finished the interior with some tasteful furnishings to give the home that “Model Home Look.
We started with a major pruning. From there the home was thoroughly cleaned, both inside and out. The exterior trim and front privacy wall received a fresh coat of paint. Finally, fresh shrubs and bark were put in place after the lawn received some attention.

Although we typically sell homes at the upper end of their price range due to our perfect marketing and how good we make your home look, we will not accept listings from potential clients with, what we feel are, unrealistic expectations.
The amount of beautification work to a clients home we suggest be done, or pay for ourselves, will be relevant to the value of the home, the surety of the sale, and the anticipated financial benefit to the client. The decision as to how much and what “free services” are offered, is at the sole discretion of New Standard Realty. As this is an expensive undertaking for us, we will not provide such services if we feel a client is not serious about selling their home or if it simply isn’t practical or cost effective for us.”
Before we enter into a listing agreement, we will recommend work you should do or have done to your home, and / or any work we will have done at our expense, to make your home more visually desirable and salable. We encourage a “no surprises policy.”
